100% digital. With your CAD files our lab is
capable of cutting your tools (molds) or plugs
to sizes up to 18' .

We have experience building multi piese molds, see example below, this chassis was molded
from an eight piece mold. Carbon composite chassis are both lighter and stronger than aluminum or steel construction. Like Formula One Cars, Composite chassis can be stronger and safer. We feel all future vehicles will be built with composites.

With fuel and energy prices soaring composites make more sense. They are both lighter and stronger than any other manufacturing techniques, resulting in better efficiency, thus saving energy.
